USPS is experiencing service delays that are beyond our control. Orders that are shipped on time may not be delivered on time.
The USPS website states:
Alert: USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.
While tracking delayed shipments you may see:
"Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."
Your package is not lost, in our experience, 100% of these packages have been delivered late.
If you have a different message you can view them here:

USPS only guarantees delivery times for Priority Mail Express. All other services including First Class Mail and Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed delivery times and USPS will NOT refund postage for late shipments.
You may view USPS Delivery Standards and guarantees here:

For packages that are more than 5 days late, USPS offers a tracing service to be completed by the package recipient. You will need the tracking number and can access that form here (Click on, "Where Is My Package":

If your package is more than 15 days late we can file an insurance claim with USPS and begin the replacement/refund process. These issues are usually resolved within 7 days from the date the claim is filed. USPS will not allow a claim until 15 days from the package acceptance date.
If you want us to start the claim process, please log into your account and click on the help desk link. include the order number, the acceptance date, and submit your request.
If you do not have an account you can do that here: https://www.netnutri.com/contacts/
