Shipment Notifications

We know your order is important to you. We will keep you updated on your order shipment at every step of the way, from packing to delivery.

Email Notifications

You will be notified by email of the following shipping statuses:

• Packed for shipment
• In transit
• Out for delivery
• Available for pickup
• Delivered
• Exception
• Failed attempt

If you do not want to receive email notifications you can click on the unsubscribe link at the end of the email and no further notifications will be sent.

Text Notifications

If you provided a mobile number you will be notified by SMS of the following shipping statuses:

• In transit
• Out for delivery

If you do not want to receive SMS notifications you may reply to any text message with one of the following words: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT.

If you change your mind, you can re-enable the SMS notifications by replying to a message with the words START or YES.
